Angels Baseball- 2018 Motion Graphics Intern
Angels Baseball is currently seeking a Motion Graphics intern to start January 2018. Interns are paid hourly at minimum wage in the program and will work up to 40 regular business hours per week for up to a year. Applicants must be able to work flexible and some unusual hours during the team’s season including nights and weekends.
Objective:
The Motion Graphics Intern will assist in creating and enhancing digital content materials for in-stadium entertainment and external marketing tactics. The eligible candidate will be required to assist with content creation, execution and video editing.
Job Duties:
- Produce and deliver creative animated motion graphics for game day and non-game day projects including, but not limited to in-stadium graphics, display ads and interactive media
- Edit footage and graphics in order to increase fan engagement
- Brainstorm new concepts as it relates to live event presentations, consumer facing advertisements and corporate projects
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
- Familiarity with using Adobe Cloud programs with emphasis on After Effects
- Proficient with Photoshop, Premiere, Final Cut Pro 7 and AVID
- Ability to work in 2D and 3D environments
- Very strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and problem solve
- Strong teamwork aptitude required
- Ability to work long, flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
