DESCRIPTION:

The goal of our internship program is to educate college students on the day-to-day work of a Photographer and/or Photo Publicist. We provide real life learning and training opportunities for students interested in pursuing these career fields.

The photo intern will assist in

• Processing, distributing and archiving incoming imagery.

• First round photo editing.

• Pre-production shoot assistance such as conceptualization.

• Supporting desk and phone coverage.

• Assisting with office duties such as copying, faxing, filing and burning DVDs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be enrolled in a full-time accredited college or university, and be a junior, senior or graduate student. Photography major is a plus.

• Have a love of photography.

• Lighting knowledge.

• Passion for Television and the entertainment industry.

• Eager to learn and self-starter.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

• Skilled in Photoshop.

• Knowledge of editing systems such as Photo Mechanic is a big plus.
