DESCRIPTION:
The goal of our internship program is to educate college students on the day-to-day work of a Photographer and/or Photo Publicist. We provide real life learning and training opportunities for students interested in pursuing these career fields.
The photo intern will assist in
Processing, distributing and archiving incoming imagery.
First round photo editing.
Pre-production shoot assistance such as conceptualization.
Supporting desk and phone coverage.
Assisting with office duties such as copying, faxing, filing and burning DVDs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be enrolled in a full-time accredited college or university, and be a junior, senior or graduate student. Photography major is a plus.
Have a love of photography.
Lighting knowledge.
Passion for Television and the entertainment industry.
Eager to learn and self-starter.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Skilled in Photoshop.
Knowledge of editing systems such as Photo Mechanic is a big plus.
