Device Engineer

·        Participate in the development of world-class high-voltage power devices and analog/mixed signal process technologies in a fabless environment

·        Characterize high-voltage power devices, low and medium voltage MOSFETs, bipolars and other analog components

·        Collaborate with engineers in other Departments to define power device characterization requirements and develop associated test H/W and S/W

·        Design and build application boards for dynamic characterization of power semiconductor devices

·        Perform device/circuit simulations as part of new technology development

 Requirements

·        Applicant should have BS in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)

·        A minimum of 3 years experience in semiconductor device and technology development

·        Hands-on experience with wafer/package level device characterization in the lab is a must

·        Should have experience in design and building (simulation, PCB layout & schematic capture) of application boards for dynamic characterization of power semiconductor devices

·        Good understanding of semiconductor device physics

·        Experience with TCAD & CAD tools

·        Strong communication and collaboration skills
