We are looking to hire a Technical Manager with an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC). This person is expected to have a meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, and fantastic content creation and writing skills.
To ensure success, a Technical Manager must display an excellent understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and technology infrastructures using CSS, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy and Security Audits. Top candidates will be comfortable troubleshooting the website and constantly improving the User Experience (UX) of the website.

The right candidate will act as a catalyst for web experience and ecommerce innovation. They will sit at the heart of GTS’ bold plans to create a high end virtual experience for all their customer-facing digital touchpoints. They will also provide strategic direction and create a plan to maximize lead volume driven to the phones or chats from the web. The role will be critical to the overall conversion efforts of the business, with the goal of maximizing every opportunity presented by the ever-growing lead pool. This person is focused on innovation across the prospective client journey; identifying meaningful opportunities to reinforce the value proposition for clients and crafting experiences and content that bring them to life.
