Acting Studio / Fall 2020 Internship
The BGB Studio in North Hollywood, founded by Casting Director Risa Bramon Garcia and Steve Braun, is one of the most popular acting centers in LA. During Covid-19, we continue to be an Industry leading training ground for actors, writers, and creators via our online classes and workshops. We are seeking hard working, committed, and self-motivated interns to work from home during the Fall semester. BGB Studio interns have a strong, proactive work ethic and a disciplined commitment to managing and completing tasks on their own. Administrative and production-focused tasks include:
- virtual events/classes support
- database updating
- social media & marketing support
- archive organization (Dropbox, Vimeo, etc)
- Wordpress miscellany
- script research and breakdown
- project leadership
- video/audio editing and transcription
... all with a focus on our classes, events, and workshops.
Candidates must be Zoom, Google Suite, Dropbox, Vimeo, and social media platforms savvy and proficient. This Internship provides valuable hands-on experience where you will learn how to thrive in the Industry as it pivots to thrive in a "new normal." Led by and working with artistic thinkers, you’ll see all levels of actors from all over the world and you'll have the opportunity to participate in a class as part of your training, if that is of interest to you.
Time commitment: Approx 20 hours per week to be completed within the hours of 9am-7pm Pacific Time (M-F) per your time zone
Duration: Approx 4months.
