Teletherapy (Remote) Counselor or Therapist

Ayana Therapy is currently hiring licensed therapists in all states to provide teletherapy via our app and online platform. Ayana is focused on serving BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and other folx from marginalized communities and with intersectional identities by delivering the most diverse and representative cohort of licensed therapists possible to best serve the unique needs of clients from marginalized communities.

1. Needs to be licensed by a state board to provide counseling (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or similar credentials). We currently are not able to accommodate interns or individuals that require supervision in order to provide counseling services.

2. Must have practiced for 3 years (post graduate school) or have 2,000 hours of experience (may include pre-licensure hours)

3. Experience in individual counseling for adults.

4. Must carry your own malpractice insurance liability.

5. Must pass a background check.

6. Reliable internet connection.

7. Must be able to conduct live talk therapy.
