Candidate responsibilities:
  • Source, negotiate and successfully close multiple commercial real estate transactions per year
  • Consistently contact property investors and cooperate with local brokers to initiate, manage, and maintain high quality reciprocal relationships
  • Analyze financial data to prepare investor presentations and offering memorandums to advise clients accordingly as to their asset’s market value, along with re-positioning opportunities, and disposition/acquisition strategies
  • Continue to become versed as an expert advisor through continued market research, attending relevant conferences, and participating in commercial real estate investment forums

Candidate Requirements:
  • Must hold a current California Department of Real Estate License
  • Have superior personal communication, writing, and phone skills
  • Maintain a high degree of integrity and autonomy with a strong client value focus
  • Demonstrate an Intuitive and competitive drive with a collaborative spirit
  • Consistently initiate and cultivate long-term client, broker, and internal Concord relationships
