Digital Media Internship

**About FourFront:

Most startups that you’ll end up working for do boring things. You’ll wake up every day having to convince yourself that you’re finding purpose by selling teeth whitening strips or a hocking a new type of keto ice cream. We’re not that company.
Here at FourFront, our job is to create content. Not boring content, like Buzzfeed quizzes about your Hogwartz House, but powerful, unforgettably engaging content with influencers that we create -- from scratch.
And it works. Fans fall in love, and want deeper connections, with our fictional characters on TikTok. And we provide. Our goal here at FourFront is to create a universe of influencers that entertain you with stories and chat with you off-line.
We’ve had 4 viral influencers so far and we’re rolling out another 40.

**Why This Role Matters:

It matters to you because you’ll be learning everything from sales, marketing, product development and content. You’ll walk away from this internship either with a full-time job at FourFront, or with an experience under your belt that will easily land you a job in a marketing, business development, or content partnership role. We’re also happy to vouch for you for your next gig.
Specifically: We’re building partnerships with brands who want to go viral on TikTok, and we do so by creating actual TikTok channels with a Netflix-style story. And it matters to us because it’s our most important revenue stream. At least for now. What does it look like for DollarShaveClub to build out their own TikTok channel? Well, without us, there’s a good chance that it doesn’t look very good :)

**What You’ll Be Doing
  • Find brands that would benefit from a TikTok presence or who are doing it wrong right now
  • Help figure out our Sales Process -- what do we say and who do we say it to?
  • Contact potential consumer brands using a combination of direct outreach, email and cold calling to generate leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to execute the TikTok content includes seamless product placement
  • Be responsible for your own pipeline, e.g. building a book of business and creating revenue opportunities (we’ll help you figure this out, don’t worry)
  • Join a smart, highly motivated team with a big vision

**Time commitment:
  • 10 hr / week (flexible hours, remote)
  • 3 month commitment

**Skills needed:
  • A potential first relevant work experience, e.g. in a start-up, marketing environment, or entertainment industry.
  • Big plus: Passion for social media & understanding of TikTok
  • Writing catchy emails, which will grab the attention of marketing executives
  • Strong people skills: You like to get on the phone and charm even the most sceptical marketing manager
  • Fluent in English
