Account Executive - Domestic (or in the Americas) - actual demos, speaking with potential clients

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct sales demos, informing potential clients of all platform details and how it works
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and decision makers
  • Act as a key driver of revenue growth on the front lines for promoting our product to prospective users
  • Maintain partnerships with business owners, management, and staff
  • Close new business according to targets, objectives, and sales plans
  • Manage all steps of the selling process; coordinate complex decision-making to overcome objections to closure
  • Lead training and on-boarding sessions for clients
  • Support the implementation process by maintaining customer contact, answering service billing questions, and providing a smooth and successful transition to account management post-implementation
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management in a timely and consistent manner

What we’re looking for:

  • BA/BS degree or 3-5 years equivalent practical experience of technology solution-based selling in a start-up environment
  • Organized self-starter with an understanding of the sales process
  • Thirst for growth, a team player mentality, and equal willingness to teach and learn
  • Prior experience in a tech start-up environment
  • Significant experience in customer/client-facing role with a track record of top performance
  • Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, adhering to and adopting a measured sales process
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with an abundance of charisma, empathy, humility, and humor
  • Strong marketing sensibilities, great taste, and lots of creativity
  • Experience working with CRM tools
  • Willing to travel as needed
