Public Health Program Analyst 3- Contracts and Grants
Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Health Program Analyst 3. The HPA 3will lead the fiscal monitoring of public health contracts, track and manage expenditure on projects and conduct fiscal analysis of contract budgets and expenditures. A successful candidate will also be able to effectively communicate with contracted vendors and review invoices for accuracy and contract obligations. The HPA 3 will help with the overall support of contract execution.
The position will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and is initially funded through 7/31/2022 with potential renewal.
Pay Rate-
$56.94/hr working 40 hours a week

M-F. 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. 100% telework for both positions
Job Duties
1. Lead fiscal monitoring of contracts

4. Conduct fiscal analysis of contract budgets and expenditures
5. Report on contract monitoring activities
6. Review invoices for accuracy and compliance to contract obligations
7. Support contract execution
Desirable Qualifications:
· Finance background is highly desired
· Candidates should have an accessible computer. No special software is needed.
