Warehouse Coordinator

Theassociate (i.e., OSA) will be responsible for maintaining workflow by supporting managers and colleagues with the coordination of on-site warehouse services such as inventory, order processing, merchant requirements, project requests, and any external/internal communication regarding merchant related issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides operational support to managers and merchants.
  • Delivers prompt and professional communication with all carriers, customers, employees, and management. Ensures all communication is turned around within a 24 hour period.
  • Keeping all timelines and requests from a merchant within that time frame.
  • Providing exceptional customer service through telephone/email interaction.
  • Interactions with merchants and colleagues concerning product deliveries, returns, and exchanges
  • Requires ability to assess, diagnose, and resolve problems timely and within the established level of service for defined customer (internal or external). Handling customer inquiries and complaints expeditiously. This includes, but is not limited to inventory counts, adjustments, availability, order fulfillment, RMAs, and damaged inventory issues.
  • Assist in initiating requests from merchants for inventory, orders and/or for correcting errors ((i.e., shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.).
  • Maintains accurate physical inventory counts when requested by merchant, acts as a liaison between merchants, colleagues and warehouse on all matters concerning inventory shrinkage/orders.
  • Solves complex problems and deal with a variety of inventory control and or order fulfillment situations where minimal standardization exists.
  • Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
  • Provides insight to management in overall performance in the areas of Receiving, Ordering, & Inventory that directly affect that warehouse and merchants.
  • Create a collaborative environment with warehouse personnel, 3PL management and Operations Team.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • College degree or equivalent years of experience preferred, but not required.
  • 5+ year(s) customer service experience in a warehouse/3PL setting preferred, but willing to train suitable candidate.
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in a warehouse setting.
  • Self-motivated business professional with a passion for customer service.
  • Flexible work schedule to suit business needs.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
