Role

Join our professional team of managers and staff in this critical role. Supply Chain Management includes all facets of the supply chain, inventory, and product management practices across our construction, repair, maintenance, and eCommerce operations. This position is based at our Huntington Beach, CA location and requires regular travel to our Covina, CA warehouse and production facility. This is a key role that affects the entire business cycle and all departments. Being part of and contributing to a team working towards a common goal.



Responsibilities

§ End to End Supply Chain Management, including managing supply and demand, sourcing raw materials and parts, creating assemblies, BOM’s, WO’s, multi-location warehousing, and inventory tracking.
§ Purchasing, including supplier assessment, supply base reduction, process integration & supplier relationship management.
§ Operations, including forecasting, JIT, quality, and inventory management.
§ Distribution, including delivery network, transportation mode, and customer service.
§ Management and ownership of Fishbowl ERP & SCM system.
§ Partnering with the IT Manager in data integration with Fishbowl, Zoho One, e-Commerce, Office 365, and more.
§ Identify process & system challenges and implement changes and training.   



Education and Experience

§ APICS or equivalent Supply Chain Management Profession degree or certification.
§ Established SCM success with 5+ years of relevant experience and training.
§ Extensive experience with information technology ERP and BI systems. Fishbowl Inventory
§ Experience in product data collection and management for internal and external publication
§ Experience and understanding of industry best practices and taking ownership and accountability on project commitments and deadlines.
§ In-depth experience with MS Office Suite, CRM, Excel, BlueBeam, and related tools.
§ Knowledge of contract requirements for compliance, evaluation, and application.
§ Experience in a construction or service-related (outside labor force, inventory on vehicles) business is very beneficial.
