Job Title: Recruiter
Reports To: Recruitment Manager
Summary: Responsible for effectively coordinating recruiting and scheduling of the field staff and the medical facility by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Identify and recruit healthcare professionals
Career oriented with a desire for advancement
Educated potential prospects on travel and the advantages

Maintains an open line of communication with the active field staff and internal staff with appropriate follow-ups

Generates leads through various channels such as cold/warm calling, linkedin, indeed etc
