Rebates Regulatory Reporting Advisor

Job Description
The Rebates Regulatory Reporting Analyst is primarily responsible for preparing rebate reporting required by clients for submission to state and federal government agencies. These reports and activities include: DIR (Direct and Indirect Remuneration) annual reports, DIR audit requests, MLR (Medical Loss Report) quarterly reports, RDS (Retiree Drug Subsidy) weekly/quarterly/annual rate submissions, and State reporting requests.
The Advisor is responsible for managing all deadlines related to regulatory reporting and will assist in fielding requests and questions relating to regulatory reporting from internal partners as well as directly from our clients.

Required Qualifications
-3 or more years using Microsoft Access, SAS, or SQL to extract and summarize date from large data warehouses
-5 or more years experience in similar operational or regulatory role

Preferred Qualifications
-Prior experience in contract administration or reporting for client financial arrangements. Expertise with client rebate terms and administration highly desired.
-5+ years MS Access, MS Excel or other data mining tools
-Ability to work under tight deadlines.
-Ability to think creatively and be a self-starter
-Experience working in a large corporate environment
-Ability to work with significant amounts of data for process and analysis, particularly using Microsoft Access and Excel
-Advanced Excel skillset including pivot-tables, advanced formulas, VBA
-Ability to interpret complex regulatory documents
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred. Discipline in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
