Human Resources Analyst

Mission Linen Supply is seeking an experienced HR Analyst in Santa Barbara, CA. The HR Data Analyst provides support by assembling and organizing data to provide actionable insights in support of the objectives of the HR department. The ideal candidate should have extensive, direct, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with business intelligence reporting tools.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Creates, maintains, and supports a variety of HR reports utilizing appropriate system report writing tools.
  • Assists in the maintenance of HRIS systems. 
  • Summarizes and translates report data into organized and useable/actionable content to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Generates data-driven insights through partnership and collaboration with the Human Resources team.
  • Supports Company and HR initiatives by assembling data and developing reports for key metrics.
  • Maintains appropriate report documentation and a library of accessible reports for easy reference.
  • Ensures reports and analyses are validated with the highest level of accuracy.
  • Participates in the annual compensation planning/merit process by generating compensation reports and analyzing merit awards vs. budgets.
  • Develops and maintains a thorough, end-to-end understanding of all business processes affecting HR systems & data.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience creating reports and metrics
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
