HR Operations Coordinator

Overview

IVC (INTERNATIONAL VITAMIN CORPORATION) is looking for a detailed, organized, and motivated HR Operations Coordinator to join our team! This position will support SuccessFactors, and other HR used applications and systems. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for data entry into the HCM and will also be heavily involved in all areas of the HR Operations function. This includes running reports, monitoring HR ticketing system, ensuring data integrity, and participating in process improvement opportunities. The HR Coordinator also supports system implementations, upgrades, testing and other projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Update SuccessFactors and with any employee or people changes.
  • Monitor and support the approval workflow of daily HR transactions.
  • Provide support to employee base with HRIS issues.
  • Conduct regular data validation audits.
  • Generate recurring system reports and support ad hoc report requests
  • Maintain HR systems and records while documenting process and results.
  • Maintain and update data sets and metrics for the HR department and provide on a consistent basis
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades or patches. 
  • Assist with developing guidelines and documentation and training new users
  • Assist HR Operations Team, on day to day needs and troubleshoot issues and employee needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years’ experience with HR Information Systems, preferably SuccessFactors
  • Understanding of HR transactions and workflows
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • SharePoint experience
  • Systems implementation and clean up experience preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
