Product Placement Manager

HILL VALLEY is a company specialized in product placement, working with iconic brands and studio movies, independent films, TV series and Events. From Spencer and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood to Emily in Paris or Succession. We are a global company based in LA, NY and Paris.

Joining our product placement team, your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Identification of new projects (films/tv series) to work on

- Reach out and organize meeting with producers, studios and crew members

- Script coverage

- Manage the product placement strategy for films and tv series

- Identification of product placement opportunities

- Identification of new brands to work with (research brands and contacts)

- Creation of marketing and sales documents

- Organize calls/meetings with brands to sell product placement opportunities

- Lead negotiations and close deals

- Reach sales objectives

- Keep track of the product placements, from the filming stage to the release of the projects

- You will be the main point of liaison for the production teams and the brands

- Creation of monthly reporting and newsletters

- Communicate the information to your team, participate in internal meetings

- Manage interns
